- What was your first job? Haydock Park when I was 16
- Who inspires you? My Mum and Dad
- What are you passionate about? Cooking and baking
- What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received? Always do your best and treat people with respect
- What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned in the last year? Don’t take anything for granted
- What is your favourite meal? Steak, chips, salad with Diane sauce
- What are three items you’d take with you to a deserted island? Phone, hair bobble and matches
- Are you an early bird or a night owl? Up early, bed early for settling downtime
- When are you the happiest? With family and friends
- What would a “perfect” day look like for you? Wake up, breakfast, go to the beach for the day
- What are you currently watching on Netflix? Trinkets and Line of Duty
- What is the last book you read? Not a reader
- Who would you most like to swap places with for the day? Maria Farrell
- What superpower would you like to have? Be able to read minds
- If you could visit anywhere in the world you’ve never been, where would you go? Philippines, was going to go before Covid
