Speed Zoning
Keep people safe and trucks under control with geofenced speed limits inside your warehouse. Speed Zoning uses fixed beacons or zone markers to automatically cap forklift speeds in high-risk areas such as pedestrian crossings, end-of-aisle pinch points, doors, and loading bays.
Speed zoning is fully customisable to your warehouse needs, set different limits by zone, shift or direction of travel, and trigger automatic slow-downs at blind corners or busy cross-overs without relying on operator input. Speed zoning integrates with mixed fleets, retrofits to most trucks, and creates audit logs you can use for coaching and compliance. The result is fewer near-misses, calmer traffic flow, and consistent standards across aisles, doors and loading bays.
Pedestrian Detection
Reduce near-misses and keep mixed-traffic sites safer with an AI-powered Pedestrian Detection System. Using computer vision and machine learning, it identifies people in real time and warns operators instantly, helping prevent injuries, equipment damage, and costly downtime.
Engineered for warehouses, yards, and production floors, the system can run with a single rear-facing safety camera on smaller machines, or scale to up to five cameras for near-360° coverage on larger vehicles. An in-cab display shows the pedestrian’s position and estimated distance, giving operators clear, confidence-boosting situational awareness.
Camera Systems
As workplace incidents and insurance claims rise, having reliable, time-stamped video evidence is essential. Our industrial-grade Mobile Digital Video Recorder (MDVR) solution delivers continuous, multi-camera coverage to protect people, assets, and your bottom line.
Purpose-built for demanding environments, it suits materials-handling equipment, plant machinery, and road-going vehicles. The system records from up to eight cameras simultaneously, capturing every angle of equipment use to support incident investigation, driver coaching, and compliance.
Safety Lights
Boost visibility and reduce near-misses with high-intensity safety lights for materials-handling equipment. These visual warning devices project clear cues, so pedestrians and operators can spot moving hazards sooner, even in noisy or low-light environments.
Engineered for warehouses, yards, and production floors, the range includes multiple projection styles: spot, arrow, line/halo “danger zones,” and repeater lights. So, you can match the warning pattern to the task, aisle width, and traffic flow.
